Appearance and branding

Widget appearance settings control how the chat looks on your site — theme, colors, display name, greeting, and footer text. Changes apply to the embed script without redeploying your HTML.

  1. Open Deployments → your widget → Appearance.
  2. Adjust theme and colors to match your brand.
  3. Write a greeting that sets expectations (e.g. “Ask about orders, shipping, or returns.”).
  4. Save and hard-refresh your site to preview.

Product and media cards inherit widget theme colors for buttons and chrome. Card data still comes only from successful tool results.
