Invite team members
Goal: Add teammates to your organization with the right role — admin, editor, or viewer.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”- Organization admin account
- Available seats on your plan — see Usage and quotas
Step 1 — Open Team
Section titled “Step 1 — Open Team”- Log in to the dashboard.
- Go to Settings → Team (or Team in the sidebar).
- Click Invite member.
Step 2 — Send invitation

Click Send invite. The recipient receives an email with a link to join your organization.
Step 3 — Invitation lifecycle
Section titled “Step 3 — Invitation lifecycle”| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Invite sent, not yet accepted |
| Active | User joined the org |
| Expired | Link timed out — resend from Team page |
Invited users can sign up with email or Google using the same email address.
Manage existing members
Section titled “Manage existing members”- Change role — Team → member row → Edit role (admin only)
- Remove — Revokes dashboard access; does not delete assistants they created
- Audit — Appears in Audit feed
Best practices
Section titled “Best practices”- Minimize admin count — only people who need billing and credentials vault
- Use editor for content and integration work
- Use viewer for legal, leadership, or QA review
- Remove departed employees promptly
